We areseeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources AdministrativeAssistant to join our team in Sierra Vista, AZ.
This role plays a crucial partin supporting HR operations and ensuring smooth administrative functions withinthe department.
Responsibilities include assisting with daily administrativetasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining employee records.
You willcoordinate recruitment activities, including posting job openings, schedulinginterviews, and assisting with candidate communication.
Processing employeepaperwork related to hiring, transfers, promotions, and terminations will be akey responsibility. Additionally, you will help organize and maintain HRdocumentation and electronic filing systems, respond to employee inquiriesregarding HR policies and benefits, and support HR projects and initiatives.
Compensation $15.84 Per Hour plus

Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Three (3) years of administrative experience
- One year human resources experience (6 monthspreferred)
- Once year experience in Microsoft Officeapplications (Microsoft 365 Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Planner, OneDrive,Outlook)
- Any combination of education and / or experiencethat provides the necessary skills
