Tuff Shed is recruiting for a Regional Sales Director (RSD), Retail for our Southwest Region. Reporting to the VP, Retail Sales and the Regional Vice President, the RSD will be a key member of the regional management team and will be responsible for building and growing sales across multiple southwest states.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A TUFF SHED REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR?
- The RSD will play a critical role in the development and success of our retail sales force within the Region by driving retail sales efforts, helping to establish retail sales goals and objectives, and training our retail sales force.
- Responsible for coordinating local marketing efforts, including trade shows and local events for lead generation.
- Responsible for recruiting, developing, and mentoring our sales teams.
- Serving as the steward of future growth in the region including researching new markets, including site selection.
Skills & Experience
- Significant experience in successful business-to-consumer sales
- Proven experience in successful business-to-consumer sales management
- Hand-on experience in recruiting, hiring, and training
- Skilled at negotiating high dollar, long duration agreements with clients and using appropriate closings in the sales processes
- Must be motivated and self-disciplined to successfully execute the regional sales plan on a daily basis
- Advanced computer skills, as Tuff Shed utilizes Salesforce CRM software, as well as Microsoft Office packages
- Must possess a current valid driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report, following conditional offer
- Ability to travel at least 75% of the time and ability to work weekends when required
EDUCATION
High School Diploma Or Requisite Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred
