Job Description :

Please note that this is an on-site position, and you will be expected to work from our office. This is not a remote position.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Specialist : IT Solutions, to join our team. This role is perfect for a sales professional passionate about technology and eager to help grow an SMB company.

You will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SMB market.

2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions.

3. Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.

4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.

5. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

6. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.

Requirements :

1. Proven track record in sales, preferably in the IT or technology sector.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

4. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

5. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

6. Must be willing to work from the office at least twice a week.

Flat Salary with Commission Package

  • Base Salary : $40,000 per year.
  • Commission rates : 10% on new client sales, 5% on recurring revenue from new clients.
  • Total potential compensation : $70,000 - $100,000 per year , depending on performance.

Candidate Preferences :

1. Experience :

  • Minimum 3 Years Sales Experience : Proven track record in sales, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Previous IT Company Experience : Background in selling IT solutions or services, with a strong understanding of the technology landscape and client needs in the SMB market.
  • Experience as Sole IT Solutions Sales Specialist : Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, in a small company setting.

2. Technical Skills :

  • Familiarity with IT Managed Services : Understanding of MSP business models, including services like managed IT support, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and network management.
  • Proficiency with CRM Software : Experience using CRM tools for managing customer relationships, tracking sales activities, and generating reports.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating proposals, presentations, and sales reports.

3. Personal Attributes :

  • Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented : Ability to set and achieve personal and professional goals, with a proactive and driven approach to sales.
  • Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the capability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset : Commitment to providing exceptional customer service, building long-term relationships, and understanding client needs.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility : Ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of a small company, taking on various roles and responsibilities as needed.

4. Educational Background :

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a Related Field : Preferred, but not mandatory if the candidate has extensive relevant experience.

5. Additional Preferable Attributes :

  • Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to identify client challenges and provide effective solutions that align with their business objectives.
