Job Title : HVAC Building Engineer
Job Description
As a Building Engineer, you will monitor building system operations and performance, utilizing your skills in plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling on equipment such as air handlers, chillers, pumps, and valves.
You will organize and perform a preventative maintenance schedule, manage the energy management program to ensure efficiency, and maintain the building lighting system and oversee controls.
Responsibilities
- Monitor building system operations and performance.
- Utilize skills in plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling on equipment such as air handlers, chillers, pumps, and valves.
- Organize and perform a preventative maintenance schedule.
- Manage energy management program to ensure efficiency and minimize operating costs.
- Maintain the building lighting system and oversee controls.
