- Experience supporting MicrosoftOffice 2016 and newer versions.
- Experience with Microsoft SCCM OSDprocess to image PCs.
- Analyze and resolve hardware,software and application problems for networked and stand-alone computersystems and networked resources.

Roles& Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance andsupport to end-users for hardware and software-related issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop,laptop, and peripheral problems.
- Install, configure, and maintainoperating systems and software applications.
- Set up and maintain user accounts,profiles, and access permissions.
- Ensure timely resolution oftechnical issues to minimize downtime.
- Install, update, and patch softwareapplications and operating systems.
- Ensure software licenses andcompliance.
- Troubleshoot software-relatedproblems and conflicts.
- Provide on-site support for hardwareand software issues when required.
- Communicate technical information tonon-technical users effectively.
