The Lemich Clinic for Military Mental Health was founded on the belief that everyone who serves should have access to high quality, confidential, mental health care.
Most of our clients are active duty service members stationed here in Hampton Roads. Our clients not in uniform are mostly military spouses and veterans.
We are seeking a full-time, in-person, Assistant Clinical Director who is eager to see a caseload of talk therapy clients, supervise residents-in-counseling, and take on a leadership role within the clinic’s team.
The clinic is open Monday through Friday and is closed on Federal Holidays.
This position will likely run our new Virginia Beach location, opening in 2025 or 2026.
Requirements :
- Must hold an active, unrestricted LPC license in Virginia
- Be registered with Virginia as a clinical supervisor
- Competent in military culture
Preferences :
- Work experience with active duty military or veterans
- EMDR-Certified therapist in good standing with EMDRIA
- Psychological testing experience
- Couples counseling experience
