Important information about this opportunity :
- This is NOT a remote position and you MUST work onsite at our client’s location.
- This will be a temporary role starting ASAP and estimated to work through the end of the year. There is always the potential for the assignment to be extended.
MUST be available to interview and start immediately.
- Hours will be Monday-Friday, 9am 4pm
- Hourly Pay Rate : $20
Key Responsibilities :
- Screen resumes in applicant tracking system to identify qualified candidates, send invites to applicants to interview.
- Conduct phone screens and schedule in-person interviews for hiring managers.
- Greet candidates for in-person interviews and assist them with completing necessary paperwork prior to their interviews with hiring managers.
- Attend hiring events, greet attendees, and assist with candidate flow. Ultimately ensuring a positive experience!
- Additional responsibilities as assigned to support the whole TA team.
Requirements :
- High School Diploma or equivalent, Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
- 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or ability to train and retain knowledge of using an ATS quickly.
- Proficient with MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams is a MUST.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high volume recruiting demands.
