Social Media Coordinator
Media Monks is looking for a full-time role for a candidate who will manage the maintenance and content for all of Forever21’s social media accounts under the direction of the Sr.
Mgr. of Social Media and Influencer Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Reports directly to the Sr. Mgr. of Influencers and Social Media
- Own Coordinate the planning (project management or strategy or content manager), content creation (content creator), management (content manager), and posting (content manager) across F21 social accounts, including but not limited to Instagram, Instagram Stories, Reels, TikTok , Snapchat, Pinterest, and YouTube
- Execute social media campaigns in alignment with the creative direction, brand voice, and aesthetic curation to be consistent across channels and in line with the F21 brand identity (content creator)
- Write engaging and compelling copy across posts, platforms, and campaigns (content creator-copy)
- Produce on-trend social videos for teams to utilize on social platforms (current trends, tutorials, fashion hacks, seasonal, collabs, etc.

- Support events, activations, photo shoots, brand initiatives, and other F21 campaigns to ensure proper social support of ongoing priorities and initiatives
- Engage, grow, and convert social media fans and followers community manager
- Expand and engage the social community with daily listening, maintenance, conversation, and monitoring across platforms (excluding customer orders inquiries, contacts, complaints) community manager
- Prepare and organize content for review and approval processes (content manager)
- Coordinate gifts and product orders to social media influencers, press and celebrities (content manager)
Qualifications
- Work in the F21 LA HQ Office 3 days per week
- Coordinate and support setup at offsite events and activations
- Transportation to get to events and store locations in the LA and surrounding area
- Strong collaborator who takes direction well and is a team-player
- Ability to pivot quickly and adapt easily to priority, strategy or deadline changes
- Extremely organized and thrives on multitasking, fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and works toward deadlines
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Passion for social media and fashion
- Knowledge of social media platforms and strategies
Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 annually. Salary is determined by a combination of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
