VIDEO SCHEDULING COORDINATOR - POWERNATION STUDIOS (Gray Media Group)
Job Summary / Description :
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team in the role of Video Scheduling Coordinator. This position plays a pivotal role in the distribution of our video content through streaming and on-demand outlets.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Enter and maintain show schedules for our three streaming channels
- Troubleshoot scheduling issues as they come up
- Ensure promotional assets are scheduled and aligned with our marketing calendar
- Collect and deliver video metadata to our video-on-demand partners
- Prepare image stills to be used as key art for videos
- Track which video assets are available on each of our partner video platforms
- Upload video assets to our websites and YouTube accounts
- Update the content inventory database and keep track of videos that are going in and out of the license
- Provide delivery and follow-up support with video-on-demand distribution
Qualifications / Requirements :
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to complete assignments accurately and meet assigned deadlines
- Familiarity with FAST streaming channels and on-demand videos is a plus, but not required. We work with companies such as Amagi, Wurl, and Aspera
- Knowledge of streaming platforms like Tubi, Peacock, Pluto, and Roku is a plus
- While rare, must be available to troubleshoot scheduling issues that arise outside of normal business hours
