• Assignment Start Date : Start as soon as credentialed
• Assignment End Date : 7 / 1 / 2025
• Physician Shift Times : - 7a-7p, 7p-7a
• NP / PA 10a-8p; 3p-1a Mon Sat; 10a-8p Sun
• Facility Volume : 22,000 annualized averaging 55-65 encounters / day
• Facility Coverage : 24 hours physician coverage with 18 hours NPPA coverage
• ICU Open : N / A
• MD / DO Certification Requirements : BC in ABEM, ABFM, or ABIM (or osteopathic counterparts); must be residency trained in specialty certified in.
• Merit Badge : ACLS, ATLS & PALS
• Night Call Requirement : N / A
• Must have EM experience with 2 years case log
• Certification Requirements : Active IA License & DEA, Clean File
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
