The Opportunity :
UCF’s Student Success and Well-Being Office of Student Engagement & Well-Being is seeking an energetic and resourceful Executive Assistant III to support the operations for the Vice President for Student Success and Well-Being and the Dean of Students.
The selected candidate will manage calendars including appointment and meeting scheduling, provide exemplary customer service to constituents, and coordinate various student facing and administrative processes as directed.
Creative and collaborative problem solving and exceptional relationship building skills are essential to the role in our dynamic, positive, and engaging community and office environment.
Responsibilities :
Coordinate calendars for the VP and Dean of Students including meeting scheduling.
Manage student and administrative processes as directed.
Assist constituents with problem solving including but not limited to making appropriate referrals to other campus offices and resources.
Organization and file management.
Competency with computer-based programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, Workday, and other programs as directed or required for duties.
Management of highly sensitive information and circumstances.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219.
Preferred Qualifications :
Previous experience working in an administrative assistant position in a fast paced and dynamic office environment.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
