Responsibilities :

• Acquire, install, secure, manage and maintain BackBox infrastructure and systems.
• Implement and execute Change Control Process for BackBox infrastructure. Communicate change windows and impacts to affected teams.
• Validate, implement, support and encourage SOC2 compliance for BackBox. Prepare responses for Customer / Prospect Security Questionnaires.
• Execute and validate onboarding / offboarding checklists (Add accounts to systems, make sure laptops are delivered, etc.).
• Collaborate with the team to report progress, communicate upcoming changes and improve organizational awareness of IT and security activities.

Requirements :

• 3+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure or Security process and tools.
• Understanding of network and security devices, including basic experience with one or more major vendors such as Cisco, Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet.
• Experience working in Linux environments, with a basic understanding of system administration and automation tools.

Qualifications :

• BA / BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience in relevant technologies.
• Experience in IT or closely related fields, specifically within Windows and Linux servers, network hardware and security principles.
