Our client is seeking an ambitious Business Operations Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves problem-solving, and is excited to take on varied responsibilities.
You’ll collaborate across departments and play a critical role in supporting business development, GTM efforts, customer success, and more.

What You’ll Be Doing :
Customer Success : Ensure customers have an exceptional experience by assisting with QBRs, presentations, and handling inquiries swiftly.
Build systems to improve customer support processes and prevent recurring issues.
- Marketing : Contribute to PR and marketing efforts, assisting with product launches, social media management, and campaign support.
- Business Development : Support strategic partnership calls, lead generation, and other business development initiatives as needed.
- Process Management : Oversee various operational pipelines, ensuring the team meets SLAs and objectives while enhancing process efficiency.
- Recruiting : Help source and manage contractors and employees as the team expands. Support the company’s cultural growth and ensure alignment as the team scales.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years in an operations or cross-functional role with exposure to various business areas.
- Experience working in an early-stage startup environment (Seed or Series A funded)
- Extremely detail-oriented and process-driven, able to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- A strong sense of urgency and ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent reasoning and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for structured thinking.
- Highly responsive, with clear and concise communication abilities.

- Background in industrial engineering
