Assistant Swim Coach Salary : $15.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience
Assistant Swim Coach Hours : Flexible scheduling available(Part Time)
Assistant Swim Coach Responsibilities :
- Assisting in coaching, training, and developing our swim team members
- Encouraging swimmers throughout the season by helping to set and attain positive and achievable goals
- Ensuring the supervision and safety of swimmers
- Evaluating team members and recording progress in practice and at meets
- Assisting head coach with administrative functions
Assistant Swim Coach Qualifications :
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Have knowledge of and experience in competitive swimming
- Have 1+ years of experience working with children (professional, volunteer, or familial)
- Can be a positive role model for our swimmers
- Are able to perform First Aid / CPR / AED / Emergency Oxygen (training provided)
