Position Overview : We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in optimizing our business operations.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that drive strategic initiatives and operational efficiencies.

Your expertise will directly contribute to our company's success and ability to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and information needs.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and optimization based on data-driven insights.
• Assist in the development of strategic plans, business cases, and bid proposals.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business outcomes.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
