Job Overview :

We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing relationships with prospective clients, primarily focusing on expanding our mental health services outreach.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify potential business opportunities and generate new leads through market research and networking.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align outreach strategies with business goals.
  • Maintain a detailed and organized database of leads and opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Assist in creating and delivering presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and identify growth areas.
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation software.
  • Passion for mental health and commitment to helping veterans, first responders, and their families is a plus.

Requirements

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
