About The Position
Job Title : Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job Specialty : Nuclear Medicine Job Duration : Full-time Shift : Days (7 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM) Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : Successful graduation from an accredited Nuclear Medicine program License : Active state license required Certifications : ARRT or CNMT certification, Basic Life Support (BLS) Must-Have : COVID-19 vaccines and booster- Seasonal flu vaccine for 2024-2025 Job Description : Perform diagnostic Nuclear Medicine procedures and therapies on adult and geriatric patients.
- Conduct various types of diagnostic exams, including : - Nuclear Medicine stress tests - Hida scans - Gastric emptying exams - Bone scans - Thyroid uptake and scans - Thyroid therapy - Parathyroid exams - Mag 3 renal scans - Sentinel node scans- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and report findings to the designated Authorized User.- Must not have worked in any of the related facilities within the past year.
