Job Summary : We're seeking an experienced Hospice Director to lead our team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
As a registered nurse and seasoned leader, you'll drive business growth, strategic development, and clinical excellence.
Responsibilities :
- Provide visionary leadership, guiding our hospice team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, expansion, and market penetration
- Foster strong relationships with healthcare partners, physicians, and community organizations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and industry best practices
- Lead interdisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration and excellence in patient care
- Oversee clinical operations, quality assurance, and performance improvement initiatives - Manage budget, finances, and resources to achieve organizational goals
- Represent Interim HealthCare Hospice in the community, promoting our mission and services
Requirements :
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma
- 3+ years of hospice experience, with 2+ years in leadership / management
- Proven track record of driving business growth, strategic development, and clinical excellence
- Strong understanding of hospice regulations, Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare software preferred
