This is a rare opportunity for a proven sales leader to leverage their business development acumen along with their passion for recruiting coaching and sales management in a lucrative commercial real estate (CRE) environment.
T he Sales Manager is the face of the business line in the market responsible
for generating new business through outbound prospecting and networking and building relationships facetoface. The ideal candidate is a driven hunter of new business and talent and farmer of long term relationships they possess outstanding interpersonal skills and are detailoriented.
The Cleveland office is highly collaborative and back to working inhouse fulltime.
A day in the life of the successful Sales Manager includes but is not limited to :
- Recruit ing training and developing new Sales team members
- Leading mentoring and coaching a Sales team in Cleveland Ohio
- Givi ng ongoing advice and support to help the sales team grow professionally
- Devel oping action plans for each Sales Representative with quantifiable goals and objectives
- Conducting weekly and monthly meetings with the Sales Representatives
- Communicating effectively with Company leadership to develop goals and strategies
- Identifying opportunities and influencing key improvements in sales management practices
Requirements
The ideal Sales Manager candidate possesses the following skills & experience :
- 3 years of successful sales management experience ideally within CRE
- Persuasive written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal relationship building skills; capable of creating and fostering longterm client relationships
- Intrinsically selfmotivated capable of inspiring coaching and leading others
- The ideal Sales Manager candidate possesses the following skills & experience : 3+ years ' of successful sales management experience, ideally within CRE Persuasive written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal relationship building skills;
