Primary duties for this position include but are not limited to :
- Comprehensive direct patient care : Supporting healthcare providers in various procedures, administering injections, and assist in patient rooming.
- Nurse visits : Complete nurse appointments for seamless patient care delivery.
- Efficient scheduling and monitoring : Managing imaging and follow-up appointments to ensure timely and accurate patient care.
- Streamlined coordination of ancillary and treatment appointments : Facilitating smooth transitions between various medical appointments for comprehensive patient care.
- Patient-centered communication : Engaging with patients effectively to address their needs and concerns with empathy and clarity.
Requirements :
- The successful candidate must maintain patient confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times.
- The qualified individual will be patient focused and must work well with team members.
- Must also have a high level of comfort in working with computer systems.
- Experience in a medical office performing similar functions is preferable, but not required.
