Description
Van Driving 1. Check email messages daily for scheduling changes.2. Constant communication with staff for effective client delivery.
3. Adheres to all agency policies regarding transportation of clients, vehicle operation and accident reporting. 4. Monitoring and tracking of general van maintenance and care.
5. Provide friendly customer service practices to clients. 6. Informing supervisor of any van repairs / maintenance as necessary.
8. Staff will adhere to FCS cell phone policies and procedures.9. Other errands and duties as assigned. PROGRAM SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : 1.
Transport clients to and from Court Services for ankle monitor placement and removal prior to MRI appointments. 2. Safely operates agency vehicles while transporting Women In Recovery clients to and from programming and community appointments.
3. All needed transportation services for clients will be coordinated and requested through WIR or LIBR staff and not directly from clients.
4. Maintain log of all WIR related transportation services.
