Key Job Responsibilities :
- Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the executive team, you will own key cross-functional initiatives that are important to the business.
- A Chief of Staff’s primary duties make time, information, and decision-making more effective.
- Ability to be a sounding board with the company mission at the forefront of all decision-making.
- Manages meeting agendas, investor communications, memos, and documentation in preparation and follow-ups with key customers.
- Responsible for the key operating metrics of the business, driving alignment and coordination across teams for the most important priorities.
Basic Qualifications :
- Incredibly detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Entrepreneurial Spirit
- Mission-aligned
Preferred Qualifications :
- 2 years of experience in strategy consulting or banking
- Ideally based in SF
