Oversee the creation and continuous optimization of Zomee's marketing strategies, leveraging data and customer insights to drive effectiveness.
Champion the Zomee brand by enhancing Zomee's website experience, creative direction, media presence, and market positioning while ensuring brand consistency and quality.
Collaborate with business analyst and leadership team to develop and manage the marketing budget and forecasts. - Direct all go-to-market strategies and execution, including product launches, campaign development, and ongoing operational marketing needs.
Expand Zomee's brand presence across paid, owned and earned media channels, regularly analyzing and optimizing performance for maximum impact and ROI.
Mentor and develop the marketing team through regular coaching, 1 : 1 meetings, and performance reviews, fostering their professional growth and team success.
Qualifications & Qualities : 10+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of driving growth through strategic and impactful marketing initiatives.
A visionary leader with deep expertise in marketing best practices and the ability to guide the team towards innovative solutions.
