Location : New York, USA (flexibility for remote work)
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets in the caregiving support industry.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Drive the recruitment, training, and development of sales professionals with a focus on promoting our caregiving support services.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscapes in the caregiving support sector.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the caregiving and healthcare community.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to the caregiving support industry to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.
- Drive initiatives to maximize revenue and market share within the West Coast region, specifically focusing on expanding caregiving support services.
- Regularly report on sales performance to the executive leadership team, emphasizing the impact on caregiving services.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with at least 4-8 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of the caregiving support and eldercare sector with the ability to stay informed about market trends and emerging technologies.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team in the context of caregiving services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to both internal and external stakeholders, emphasizing the importance of caregiving support.
- Proven ability to think strategically and develop effective sales strategies aligned with overall business goals, considering the specific challenges and opportunities within caregiving.
