Compensation & Benefits :
- Performance-based pay and commission on approved sales
- Expected yearly earnings of $62,400 - $266,000
- Vehicle allowance, quarterly bonus, full insurance benefits, and 401k with 4% employer match
Responsibilities :
- Prospect, qualify, and close new sales opportunities through targeted canvassing, referrals, networking, and social media
- Conduct exterior property inspections for wind and hail damage
- Educate customers on industry knowledge, products, and company policies
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of proven full-cycle sales experience preferred
- Reliable working vehicle with insurance coverage
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
