The Georgia-Pacific corrugated box plant in Huntsville, AL is now hiring to expand our team of talented Production Associates.

Candidates selected for this role will have the unique opportunity to train with our experienced machine operators and learn our process of producing corrugated boxes from start to finish.

Salary :

$20.40 / hr plus shift differentials

Shift :

Only candidates who are flexible to be assigned to work any shift will be considered . Currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

There are no permanent positions available on 1st shift. Orientation and training will take place on 1st shift (7am - 3pm) and you will be assigned your permanent shift on either 2nd or 3rd during orientation.

Workdays :

Monday - Friday : Candidates must be flexible to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) and overtime (12-hour shift) as needed.

Shift Hours :

1st shift : 7am - 3pm

2nd shift : 3pm - 11pm

3rd shift : 11pm - 7am

After training, the sky is the limit! Successful trainees have the opportunity to move into Machine Operator roles on different pieces of production equipment.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Experience in a manufacturing, agricultural, warehouse, OR military environment OR completion of post high school education in manufacturing / industrial

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience working in a corrugated box plant
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience using a computer, such as typing, using a mouse, and email
