Job Summary :
The Mold Repair Technician will be responsible for proper maintenance and repairs of injection molds and tooling equipment.
Shift - 2nd (3pm-11pm)

Job Responsibilities :
- Performing basic tooling preventative maintenance, assuring molds are run ready.
- Performs mold repairs while determining root cause & prevention.
- Minor mold repairs in and out of presses.
- Repair of hot runner systems (heaters & valve gates).
- Repairing mold hydraulics.
- Operating dry ice blasting system.
- Ability to operate mold flush system.
- Providing recommendations and technical input into the development of new molds.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Ability to Tig weld.
- Comply with all safety policies.
- Perform duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications :
- Technical certificate or 1 year experience in blow molding and / or injection molding.
- 2 years experience Mold Repair.
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical.
- Detail orientated.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to follow safety regulations, laws, and policies.
- Ability to work with a team.
- Strong communication skills.
