Actively advocate with physician and hospital staff to ensure the individual receives the highest level of care. Document and review individual records to assure appropriate medical follow-up is provided.

Active case management role, QA checks Residential home visits per regulation, medical oversight and support. Regular site visits to day programs and oversight to areas in accordance with OPWDD regulations.

Staff training. Medication review. Complete regular documentation. Oversee diets and nutrition.
