Responsibilities We are currently searching for a Manager to join our Transaction Advisory Service team within our Corporate Finance and Forensics consulting team located in the Tyson, VA (Washington DC) office.

Research and financial analysis of target companies. Due diligence for both buy side and sell side transactions. Communication with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.
