- Office Manager-responsible for daily accounting supervision and various accounting duties and projects
- Car Deal "Biller"-responsible for posting the car deal sales into the general ledger
- Title Clerk-prepares dealer paperwork for the DMVs
- Accounts Payable-posting of incoming invoices and subsequent payment
- Accounts Receivable-cash deposits and reconciliation
- General Accountant-responsible for reconciliations and accounting entries

- experience with Auto Dealerships a plus, but not required

- Compensation will be fair and commensurate with experience,
- ranging from $20 / hour (less experienced) to $40 / hour (experienced office manager)
