Welcome to our Lavender family! We are thrilled to have recently welcomed our baby boy in February, and we are now seeking a dedicated and experienced nanny to join our household.

The ideal candidate will provide stability, consistency, and love to our growing family. If you are reliable, patient, caring, and have a genuine passion for working with children, we would love to meet you!

As our nanny, you will play a vital role in our family's daily routine. We require a flexible candidate who can work Monday to Friday from 7 am to 6 pm.

Both parents work full-time and enjoy an active lifestyle and traveling. In addition to caring for our baby boy, we have one more family member to consider an adorable Bernadoodle!

We value stability, open communication, and maintaining a professional yet warm relationship with our nanny. Our ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be proactive, and able to follow instructions.

We appreciate someone who can adapt to our family's needs and routines while respecting professional boundaries.

As an adventurous family, we are looking for an equally adventurous nanny who can travel with us domestically and internationally.

Our first trip to London is coming up in July!

Additional Responsibilities :

Occasional walking and feeding of the dog.

Cleaning, washing, folding, and organizing the child's clothing, bedding, toys, etc.

Keeping the child's area clean and tidy.

Preparing snacks and meals for the child.

Cleaning and tidying the kitchen after meal preparation.

Qualifications :

Genuine passion for working with children, and a warm, playful, and outdoorsy personality.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Excellent communication skills.

Must love dogs!

Ability to adapt to the family's needs and routines.

Willingness to assist with maintaining the household, including laundry, meal prep, errands, tidying, and organizing.

Looking for a long-term position with a 1-5 year commitment.

Must have a passport and be travel-ready!

Swim-ready.

Understanding of child psychology and stages of development.

To ensure the success of our nanny position, we have established the following requirements :

Minimum of 3-5 years of recent, professional experience with infants through toddler age.

Strong English communication skills.

Impressive references from past employers.

Willingness to pass two background checks (Trustline & Nanny Verify).

Ability to commit to a minimum of 1-3+ years.

U.S. citizenship or work authorization.

Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

Current CPR and first aid certification.

Up-to-date vaccinations, including flu, Tdap, and proof of Covid-19 vaccination and boosters.

Must be a non-smoker.
