Responsibilities :
- Patrol assigned areas
- Operate radio transmitting equipment
- Provide information to tenants' employees, the public and other users and visitors or the building
- Prevent loss, damage, or misuse of property
- Prevent trespassing and loitering; escort violators from the site
- Cite violators of vehicle parking policies
- Survey security and safety of the Owner's premises, contents, supplies and equipment
- Operate card access system
- Control removal of equipment from premises
- Assist in the evacuation of personnel if necessary
- Respond to all routine and emergency procedures as indicated in the Owner's Fire / Life Safety Manual
- Report any unusual incidents or hazardous conditions
- Contractor will perform all additional duties which Owner and Contractor may agree upon from time to time
Qualifications :
- Must be 18 or over
- High school diploma or equivalent; possession of a college degree is highly desirable.
- Speak, read, and write English.
- All assigned personnel should be of high integrity and possess exemplary security skills and judgment.
- Assigned personnel should possess above average computer skills
