Job Description : Inventory Control Coordinator
Position Summary :
The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for entering inventory transactions into the Pronto MRP system to provide real-time inventory counts, ensuring RMA returns are processed, performing cycle counts and reconciliation on a weekly basis, and ensuring orders are shipped in accordance with the production schedule.
Additional duties include reviewing production material requirements, ensuring material is on order to support production, and coordinating with Purchasing.
Main Responsibilities :
- Update the production schedule daily and provide shipping notices to external and internal customers, supporting Florida operations.
- Receive material into Pronto MRP system and stock in proper location.
- Verify all received material and confirm proper location.
- Ship using FedEx and UPS for both international and domestic shipments.
- Maintain inventory locations and warehouse.
- Pick material for work orders, sales orders, and pick-and-packs.
- Return material to stock.
- Package games and load trucks.
- Maintain housekeeping standards.
- Ensure orders are shipped on schedule and comply with regulations.
- Perform cycle counts.
- Review material requirements and ensure availability for production.
Qualifications :
- Excellent computer skills.
- Ability to pass forklift test or current forklift certification.
- Ability to move 200 lbs. with hand dollies.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of slot machines preferred, or equivalent training and work experience with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
Knowledge and Skills :
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to retain information.
- Strong computer skills.
- Prior experience in a similar position is preferable.
