North Star Commercial Real Estate is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our dynamic team.
This role is perfect for someone with a passion for real estate and a knack for sales and prospecting.
Additional Compensation :
- Appointment Met : $25 / appointment (10 mets / week $13,000 annually)
- Closed Deal : $500 / deal (10% of appointments met closed deals $26,000 annually)
- Earning Potential : $80,000 - $100,000
Responsibilities :
- Prospecting : Dedicate 5-30 hours / week to prospecting based on your schedule.
- Cold Calling : Reach out to business owners for landlord / seller representation.
- Assist Brokers : Support brokers with tenant / buyer property searches.
- Lead Management : Call the team’s C : Long Term and D : Non-Responsive leads.
- Property Identification : Identify potential properties for existing clients.
- Inbound Calls : Handle inbound calls for leads and ensure they are assigned and followed up with promptly.
- Training & Onboarding : Assist with onboarding and training new brokers and setting appointments.
- Appointment Setting : Set a minimum of 5 appointments per week or complete a minimum of 10 hours of prospecting.
Requirements :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience in cold calling and lead generation is a plus.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred but not required.
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
