JOB QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
Minimum Required : Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy.
Preferred / Optional : None
EXPERIENCE
Minimum Required : None
Preferred / Optional : Experience as a physical therapist.
CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES
Minimum Required :
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of hire.
- Physical Therapist license awarded by the State of Wisconsin
- Current state of Wisconsin driver’s license with acceptable record.
Preferred / Optional : Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) at time of hire.
Work Schedule
Open to a variable weekday schedule with a weekend rotation of 1 to 2 in 3 months
