You will work directly with our clients, partners, managers, and staff who also want to work with you. Skills and Competencies we are seeking in a Staff Accountant, Tax : Proficiency in preparing individual, partnership, and S corporation tax returns.

Strong online tax research skills and understanding of the authoritative tax hierarchy. Ability to produce clear and precise workpaper documentation.

Commitment to continuous professional and technical development. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Strong team player with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines for multiple clients.

CPA credentials OR Working to obtain CPA designation / eligible to sit for the exam. General knowledge of accounting principles and / or regulations impacting each engagement or project, financial markets, analysis, and reporting of financial data Involvement in performing compilations and reviews.
