Are you a leader who wants to make a difference in the lives of others? CTF Illinois is seeking an organized, motivated, and caring professional to join our Team as a Site Supervisor.
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring the day-to-day operations of our Tinley Park Day Program.
Overview :
- Monday through Friday (no on-call)
- Supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), including hiring, training, and mentoring
- Accurately report monthly attendance and payroll information
- Advocate for each person’s desires and needs, ensuring their voice is heard
- Monitor DSP performance including annual evaluations
- Coordinate with other departments including, but not limited to, Human Resources, Nursing, and Case Management
- Ensure sites are in clean condition and equipment / supplies are in safe, working condition

Qualifications
Requirements :
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1-year experience working with people who have a developmental disability
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record per company requirements
- Previous DSP training preferred
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
