Ba Bar Capitol Hill is currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender / Server to join our dynamic team. This position will involve a blend of both bar and floor shifts in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years bartending experience and must be capable of handling a busy bar with an emphasis on food service.
Position Details :
- Hours : 30-32 hours per week
- Shifts : 4-5 shifts per week
- Pay : $ per hour plus tips (Average tips : $32-$35 per hour)
- Tip Policy : Tip pool system
Responsibilities :
- Efficiently manage bar and serving duties during shifts
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high service standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation
- Treat the entire restaurant as a shared section, emphasizing teamwork
- Ensure all drinks are made according to the established recipes and standards of the restaurant.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage both bar and dining service
- A team player who works well with others
