Location : Vitesse Systems - California within driving distance of Newark, CA
Shift : Day shift with extended shift, off shift, and / or weekend shift support occasionally required

What You’ll Do (Essential Job Functions) :
You unlock the potential of precision machining. As a CNC Programmer, you will develop complex parts and optimize machining processes for production manufacturing.
You will work closely with engineers to meet demanding standards and drive production excellence. Your expertise in tolerance, fixture design, and more will make an impact on mission critical solutions.
- Using Mastercam, create and edit CNC programs that support the machining of complex, precision metal components on multiple-axis CNC milling machining centers.
- Perform technical data package review of components that require fabrication.
- Perform machining process development and optimization.
- Identify, select, and procure appropriate tooling for job specific applications.
- Perform program prove-out validation.
- Troubleshoot and solve set-up, dimensional, and other out of spec features.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and incorporate required design changes.
- Support high-performing cross-function teams achieve program schedule, performance goals, mitigate manufacturing risks, and improve operational efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned.
