25 / HR - depending on your shift! Duration : Temp to Hire this position does NOT require vaccination Job Summary : *The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for ensuring that established quality parameters are adhered to in order to meet production needs.
- Job Duties : Perform job start-up as necessary to support manufacturing.* Participate in the shift MRB Process.* Report any problems with the machine, mold, or part to the molding Technician or Supervisor immediately.
- Lead Containment efforts.* Issue detailed reports to management, as required, such as containment reports, hold tickets, etc.
- Maintain inspection records* Receiving inspection and required material testing.* Assist manufacturing by providing instruction and training in the use of;
gaging techniques, interpretation of QAR’s and visual inspection for defects, to MQT’s and as needed.* Perform visual inspection, physical and dimensional inspections of parts on all designated processes as outlined in QAR for the QAT’s area of responsibility.
- Verify that product is properly identified for inspection and test status.* Perform MQT task on production processes as assigned.
- Requirements : Two years of Quality or Manufacturing experienced preferred.* Must be knowledgeable in gaging techniques, measurement methods, and equipment used.
