We are seeking a seasoned Recruiting Manager who will manage a team of travel recruiters.
The Opportunity
- Lead and manage a team of travel recruiters, ensuring they meet their individual and team recruitment targets.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to the recruiting team.
- Assist in the hiring of new recruiters to the team.
Qualifications
- Must have travel recruiting experience.
- Must have recruiting management experience.
- Educational requirements : Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Required skills or technology : Outlook, Word, ATS, VMS required. Major plus if they have used Labor Edge / Nexus ATS or Vivian job board.
- Goals driven, money motivated, willing to get involved in day to day and help recruiters.

Salary
The target salary for this role ranges from $75,000 - 95,000. The salary offered will be determined based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
