25M in personal annual sales.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Brand Selling Ambassador, you are entrusted to nurture a selling and customer care culture within your host store;
you are a natural leader who leads by example.
- Framework may require selling and leading several nearby stores.
- Sell in-store, online, digitally delight and serve!
- Sell and support OHB associates, exceed host store and brand goals.
- Achieve your own personal sales and client conversion goals - set a high bar.
- Arrive early, connect daily with store stylists and top sellers in all departments, create strategic and practical daily routines to increase daily sales.
- Liaison with host store management, operations, and selling specialists in all departments to create daily sales opportunities.
- Help each stylist associate introduce customers and help close for them to earn full commission.
- Expand your own contacts and support OHB social media outreach, share brand images, videos, and tools, and create inspiring content to impact digital outreach.
- Meet with store leadership and sales managers weekly or more often as needed, propose events, outreach, and selling initiatives, and be a team player to support store initiatives.
- Lead the implementation of all strategic initiatives, liaise between host store and brand, and participate in every client-facing event.
- Coordinate with host store visual merchandiser and sales manager to create a superlative appearance of the salon and brand outposts in men’s and accessories presence.
- Facilitate scheduling of brand training, collection launches, and trunk shows.
- Initiate and lead regular morning meetings be impactful.
- Establish and maintain exceptional relationships with the operations team be a supportive partner to all store teams.
- Keep all product and support tools well organized, ensuring all team members have access.
- Utilize advanced selling tools and digital technology to sell and coach.
- Create a positive work environment through collaboration.
- Be sincere, caring, discrete, and preserve brand and host store business confidentiality.

Compensation : $80,000 - $90,000 guaranteed annual base.
Plus, 3% of annual sales and services over $250K (i.e., $1M in sales and services per year will earn $22,500 annual bonus).
Seasonal override bonus on all brand sales and services throughout the store.
