Job Responsibilities :
- Learning Design and Development
- Ideate and innovate thoughtful design experiences that meet the business and modern learner needs.
- Analyze and select the most appropriate learning strategy, methodology, and technology to maximize the learning experience to achieve the desired business need.
- Create design documentation that communicates performance-based learning objectives, prototypes, storyboards, scripts, course content / structure assessment measures, and learning impact ( business results)
- Build prototypes and refine them with feedback from learners and stakeholders
- Use the Successive Approximation Model (SAM) or similar, to design and develop courseware using an iterative model approach that includes Alpha, Beta and Gold stages.
- Create professional materials that follow accessibility standards and focus on the targeted outcomes.
- Identify existing learning materials that may be leveraged or modified to support existing learning needs.
- Design, create, and develop learner-centered, performance-based learning solutions to support the business goal ( including eLearning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and performance support tools)
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
- Deliver performance-based learning solutions that address business needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement specific evaluation and assessment tools (knowledge checks, scenarios, rubrics) to measure the impact of learning programs on business results and employee behavior
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies within learning experience design and adult learning
- Create professional materials that are accessible to all learners and focused on the targeted outcomes.
- Coordinate and lead meetings with subject matter experts and stakeholders across many levels
- Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts globally.
- Manage multiple to large-scale projects from analysis through launch, ensuring projects are completed on time.
Required Technical Skills :
- years of proven learning design experience using ADDIE / SAM or similar methodology
- Portfolio of e-learning course development
- Experience integrating theory and practice to deliver pedagogically-sound e-learning experiences
- Experience translating complex concepts into an easy to understand and digestible format
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills :
- years of professional experience in a sales enablement organization
- Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, or other authoring tool expertise
- Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Learning Tech, Education or similar field
Compensation :
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
