Job Title : Travel Data Entry - WFH Position Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team to do Travel Data Entry - WFH.

In this role, you will be responsible for entering and updating travel-related information in our databases, processing reservations, and performing administrative tasks to support the overall operation of our travel services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities : Input and update travel-related data, including client information, reservations, flight details, hotel bookings, and other travel arrangements, into our reservation systems and databases.

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data entries by verifying information, correcting errors, and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.

Process travel reservations, including booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services, according to client preferences and company policies.

Collaborate with team members and travel agents to ensure that all travel information is entered correctly and efficiently, and that client bookings are accurately recorded and updated.

Maintain organized records of travel-related documents, such as booking confirmations, itineraries, and payment receipts, and ensure that all documentation is filed and stored securely.

Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing support to clients and colleagues as needed.

Adhere to data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. Continuously monitor and improve data entry processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and productivity.

Qualifications : Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in using computer systems, spreadsheets, and data entry software to input and manage large volumes of information.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and support to clients and colleagues. Ability to work remotely and independently, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace conducive to productivity.

Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support business operations.
