Senior General Commercial RE Litigation Attorney

Boutique Commercial Real Estate Law Firm seeks a Senior general commercial and real estate litigation attorney with at least 10 years' experience.
Responsibilities include practice management, real estate related litigation matters with a focus on commercial mortgage foreclosures and other secured creditor enforcement.
Responsibilities :
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and appeals
- State and Federal Court appearances and mediations.
- Diligence related to the purchase and sale of notes and mortgages.
Requirements :
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Experience in real estate litigation
- Management Experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- High level of independence and multitasking capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and prioritizing skills
- Strong communication and written skills for client contact
- Must be admitted in New York (New Jersey admission a plus).
- Bankruptcy Experience is a plus
