The Bus and Flight Operations team is responsible for embedded software that runs on multiple hardware on Kuiper satellites that will perform various control plane functionality to support safe and scalable launches and manage constellation.
The software written by the team is predominantly embedded systems and interfaces with teams working on silicon, hardware, antenna, etc.
As a TPM in this team, you will own multiple business critical programs that span different teams and disciplines, bring alignment across the organization, drive key decisions and tradeoffs, help unblock risks and ensure high quality and on-time deliverables.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
