Themeticulous Technical Director will collaborate with a team of over100 professionals at aworldrenowned
facility located inFlorida. This role involves direct reporting to the Director ofTechnical Services andencompasses
the responsibility forexecuting all technical aspects of assigned projects. The TechnicalDirector mustpossess
comprehensive familiaritywith the roles and duties of the designated technical crew andprovide support for
engineeringand troubleshooting during any givenproduction.

- Creationor modification of CAD layouts to address varying needs or issuesas theyarise.
- Thoroughaccounting of all technical expenditures including crew travel perdiem shipping and laborcosts.
- Schedulingand coordination of local labor asrequired.
- Managementof logistics for equipment transportation including deliveries andpickups.
- Oversightof the loadin and loadout phases for all assignedprojects.
- Supervisionof onsite crew time allocation anddocumentation.
Qualifications :
- Proficiencyin Excel encompassing company s budgets and clientprovidedtemplates and adeptness in working with linked cells andformulas.
- Profoundmastery of CAD software such asVectorworks.
- Capabilityto offer clear and concise directives promptly even in live eventscenarios.
- Stronginterpersonal and communication skills fostering effectiveinteractions with management crew members andclients.
- Comfortin engaging with clientsfacetoface.
- Demonstratedleadership skills within a teamsetting.
- Skillfulcommunication onsite with the designatedcrew.
- Effectivetime management abilities ensuring adherence todeadlines.
- Indepthunderstanding of technical equipment and itsfunctionality.
- Proficiencyin devising technical show flows based on agendas supplied byclients.
- Competencein conducting site visits at contracted venues or potentiallocations.
- Willingnessto undertake frequent travel across the United States andinternationally.
- Availabilityto work extended hours including evenings and weekends asnecessitated by the rolesdemands.

Requirements : University graduate or equivalent experience withfurther studies in AV installation, data or voice communications,or drafting.
Minimum of 4 years' experience in an electrical and / orcommunications environment. Understanding of project managementpractices and customer service obligations.
Knowledge ofelectrical, electronic, communications, and computer products andequipment. Proficiency in oral and written English grammar,punctuation, and spelling.
Familiarity with building constructionand blueprint reading. Experience with the AV Commercial IntegratorNavigate system, specifically for change orders and delay noticesfeedback to the Project Manager. CTS-I CertificationPreferred
