Salary : $90,000 - $1,20,000

About Role :

We are seeking a well-rounded (sales) account executive with experience in software / SaaS to join

our Sales & Marketing team, serving an Aviation Portfolio of Vertical Market SaaS companies.

Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, you will oversee the day-to-day marketing activities for a

portfolio of companies based in New Zealand, Australia, and the USA.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing platform of aviation software businesses at

an early stage and contribute to building something exceptional alongside a highly energetic,

driven, and experienced team.

Responsibilities :

Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with prospective

customers.

Sales Growth : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales

targets.

  • Lead Generation : Identify and qualify new sales leads.
  • Deal Closing : Negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Sales Strategy : Formulate and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Product Knowledge : Communicate product value and benefits to clients effectively.

Qualifications :

  • Sales Experience : Proven experience in aviation related sales, preferably in a similar role.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Sales Process Understanding : Deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Customer Focus : Strong customer service orientation.
  • Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to address and resolve client issues effectively.
