ABOUT THE ROLE
My client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Service Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in managing and leading a team of HVAC technicians, as well as a deep understanding of HVAC systems and maintenance.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the daily operations of the HVAC service department.
- Schedule and dispatch technicians to customer sites
- Manage and track inventory of parts and equipment.
- Ensure that all service work is completed to a high standard.
- Provide customer support and resolve customer complaints.
- Hire, train, and supervise HVAC technicians.
- Develop and implement new procedures and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the service department.
REQUIREMENTS
I am looking for someone who has 10+ years’ experience working in the HVAC industry, starting off as a technician and moving into a Service Manager.
HVAC experience working on commercial projects across New York City. It is also important that you hold down good stability throughout your career, working for well-respected HVAC companies, and can provide strong references.
