RN Education Coordinator

What We’re Looking For Currently, we are seeking a RN Education Coordinator to join our team! This person is responsible for developing and coordinating educational programs for the Nursing Department and as appropriate for other departments and ensures regulatory compliance for annual mandatory in-service training for new hires and existing nursing personnel in the skilled nursing facility.

The Education Coordinator will coordinate an annual calendar that provides Educational Programs that support staff development and clinical needs of the residents served in the Larsen Health Center.

The ideal candidate will have training and / or experience in the areas of both geriatrics and education. Bachelors / Masters degree in Nursing preferred, with minimum of three years of experience in the field of nursing, education, job orientation and / or staff development.
